Overall, our stay was very disappointing, and I honestly cannot understand how this hotel has a 4‑star rating. The room keys were deactivated more than once, forcing us to go to reception to reactivate them; one key was deactivated because an extra €150 for a child’s bed had not been paid, a charge that was never mentioned during booking. Such fees should be clearly communicated in advance and normally settled at check‑out, not by locking guests out without notice. The rooms and facilities are outdated, and the online photos are misleading. The elevator was extremely slow, which was inconvenient. Reception had very little seating, making it uncomfortable to relax. Coffee and water in the rooms are not automatically replenished; guests must ask reception for more. The carpeted floors were not clean enough. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4‑star property, and the lack of communication, outdated facilities, and poor basic services made for a very disappointing stay. I would not stay here again.
