The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, so everything was good.

The staff team was lovely—welcoming and friendly—, the room was big, well appointed, and the bed was comfortable, the neighbourhood was good, and the uttapam and idly sambar were possibly the best in India, and the Wi‑Fi worked well; when there was a problem, the staff fixed it very quickly, but the advertised roof garden was unusable, which was a real shame; if it had been cleaned up, it would have been a lovely place to sit in the evening or for breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were super friendly; the water was warm and the air‑conditioning worked well, so I highly recommend it.
