The proximity to the sea and the size of the apartment were great, but the sofa was uncomfortable and not meant for sleeping.

The new fridge with freezer was a plus, yet the bathroom door was warped and hanging, forcing you to use force to close it.

The location, balcony, parking, secured area, and two air‑conditioners were all good, but the lights were non‑functional, the lighting was poor, and the TV channel list was unusable.
