“Clean facilities.”
The place was clean and in a convenient spot, and the filtered water was a nice touch, but some rooms feel too small—promised for two people but really only fit one.

The staff were genuinely friendly and the on‑site coin laundry was super handy, though it can get pretty busy at times.

The location is quiet with plenty of eateries around, the rooms are spotless, the amenities are great, the staff are friendly, and it’s just one stop to Shin Osaka metro/train station; the breakfast was excellent, and I’d stay again.

Excellent location, with close by stations, restaurants, konbini’s. The rooms (or the one we stayed in) was super small. We were 2 adults and 1 9 yo, we were like sardines
