“Amazing holydays , we will be back for sure.”

We adored the breakfast, the pool area, and the bed was super comfy; the internet connection was flawless. The staff were very helpful and cheerful, and a cat visited us daily, adding a sweet touch because we love animals. The only downside was that the shower had no hot water, which was a bit disappointing.

We received two small bottles of water. The room included a shower head, cotton swabs, and a disposable toothbrush. The only positive note was that when we requested a refund for the third night (we had booked three nights but stayed only two), they accepted it. Everything else was very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes and ants, so we had to buy a mosquito repellent plug. There was no hand soap, shampoo, or body wash. The sheets were filthy and the pillowcases, which should have been white, were black. Luckily I had brought my own sheets from Italy, and we swapped them immediately, asking that no one come in for cleaning during our stay. The first 30 minutes were spent cleaning the bathroom, nightstands, and everything we had to touch with disinfectant wipes we brought. The bathroom was terrible: mold, rust, a shower mat that was supposed to be white but was black, a sink with toothpaste stains, a toilet with dark stains and a broken toilet seat that moved. The location was convenient only if you use Grab (6 minutes from the center); walking you can’t get anywhere!
