The staff seemed polite, but the property wasn’t well maintained: bathroom taps were broken, power plugs were loose and didn’t work for my charger, and the bed sheet hadn’t been changed from the previous guest—hair was visible and it looked dirty.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom water drained very slowly and stayed stagnant while it was in use.

Only one staff is very friendly. It’s totally horrible 1) No reception it’s the cafe just a small box 2) No visa or Mastercard can be use only local cards or cash. 3) They only provide us with only one towel and toothbrush and toothpaste after requesting they provide. 4) Housekeeping is so poor we have to tell the cleaner to do what everyday 5) At first they told us the room is normal for the price. It’s mistake but after showing them the confirmation print out they say it’s my mistake I didn’t check. 6) I have to pocket out the cash for them

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. Everything was well maintained and super neat, and I truly felt comfortable and cared for throughout.
