The spot is well‑situated and offers aqua‑fitness, two pools, evening entertainment, performances, and a kids’ room; there are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and the room had a fridge. The lift was broken, making it very inconvenient with a stroller, and the dining hall lacked enough dishes, so we had to wait for other guests; the plates were unsightly, some with chipped edges and cracks, as if they had been used by conquerors. Occasionally, staff didn’t clean the room promptly, so when we returned from the beach at night there were no fresh towels or toilet paper and sand on the floor. On our balcony, plaster fell from the ceiling—first it was annoying that it fell at all, and second we asked for it to be removed, they said “okay,” but it stayed on the floor until we left. Perhaps August was very busy and the staff couldn’t cope; I understand that, but my family paid a lot for comfort and good service, and these small but unpleasant incidents gave the impression that the price didn’t match the reality and quality of the hotel.

The location was okay. Cleaning was extremely sparse. We lost power twice, the key cards stopped working, most outlets didn’t work, the pool was icy, and the breakfast and dinner schedules were completely incompatible with the Spanish timetable.

The kids’ pool area and the location—just three streets from the beach and a 10‑minute walk to the center—were great. The cleanliness of the common areas needs improvement, the food quality could be better, and the sofa‑beds have very thin mattresses.
“Agradable, pero poco" relax"”
The room was superb and we loved the pool, and the staff were quite pleasant. The food variety could be better, and there were so many kids and buses full of football tournament teams that moving around the dining area was impossible; I also missed a mobile nightclub to dance on Saturday night 😅.

La cena pedimos una botella de vino y no tenían ni vasos de vino en el comedor la respuesta a qui tienes vasos de agua? a las 21h ya no hay nada para comer o los restos y a las 21h15 ya están recogiendo todo y la hora es a las 21h30 el siguiente día desayuno un infierno se cortó el agua y no tenían nada para beber y no buscaron soluciones. La ducha llena de pelos
