The rooms were nice, very clean and comfortable, and the décor was pleasing. The staff welcomed us warmly. The hotel sits a 5‑minute drive from the city centre, inside the Mother Armenia park and near the Black Castle, and parking was effortless.

The décor feels fresh and contemporary, the staff are responsible, helpful, and friendly at reception, and the setting feels close to nature. The facilities are high‑end. On the downside, the AC failed, the room stayed at 27 °C, and we couldn’t sleep at all. The shower had an odor, and the hotel could improve its cleaning standards.
