I liked that there was a large bathtub. Unfortunately the sofa was stained, leaving my clothes and feet sticky, the slippers were very old and dirty, the cooking utensils were filthy, the ping‑pong table, rackets and darts were broken, the washlet didn’t work, and there weren’t enough towels.

The onsen was amazing, but unfortunately, our room was infested with bugs. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the hot springs, but the creepy crawlies made it hard to unwind.

Unfortunately, the room was a mess, with dust piling up and a black mold in the shower. It was definitely not a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room was a major letdown.

We had a great time at this hotel, with a spacious living area and kitchen where we could stock up on groceries and relax. Since we were a family of three, we were provided with a bed instead of a futon, which was comfortable. However, I do worry that the thin tatami mats and thin blankets might be uncomfortable for some guests. The onsen was a highlight, but I was worried that the room would be infested with insects since it was warm and humid outside.
