Maira at reception was great. The view was pretty! The only real issue was the location being farther from the little town, but everything worked out. I think they could invest more in the space in front of the hostel, like adding a pool.

The hostel was flawless—great location, spotless, and the space was used smartly. Maira, the host, was outstanding, very helpful and charismatic. I highly recommend staying here; it's definitely worth it.

Waking up with the ocean right in front of you and the sun climbing over the horizon was the highlight of my trip. The hostel is tiny but feels homey and dead‑quiet, especially since I visited in low season and it was practically empty. A 15‑minute walk from Caraíva village is worth every step for the peace, the stunning view, and the freedom to brew coffee, couscous or tapioca whenever you like.

Everything about the stay was fantastic, but what really set it apart were the people working there. Rose and Stephanny went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their friendly attitude made all the difference.
