“Horrible”
The place was very dirty and in bad condition.

Nothing good. The room stank, the shower was moldy, the management was very hostile, there was noise in the lobby, homeless people sleeping in the lobby, and at 10am they were already knocking on the door to evict us without any courtesy.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was excellent. The price was great. Parking was great. Next time we’ll use the pool. The new carpet was a negative.
I liked that there were no problems with the room, it was comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the toilet and shower were fine. It was nice, but I didn’t like how dirty it was.

The room was awful for the price, everything was dirty, the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned, the bathtub was broken, the drawers were the worst, and we wanted two beds so we could smoke, but they said no because of the children; we had no choice but to take it because they wanted to give us a bed. I won’t stay again. Sorry, the room was terrible; it should have cost 25–30 pesos like everything else, everything was broken.
