The reception staff and cleanliness were fine, but overall the hotel disappointed. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly, yet the wellness staff were rude. The wellness area and pool did not meet expectations: although access was included, we could only use the facilities in a limited way. The hamam was open only three times a day for ten minutes each. We booked the hotel for the pool so our little daughter could use it, but we could hardly use it during our stay. In short, the offering did not match what we expected from a five‑star hotel.
