Nic. I wasn’t allowed to check in because the hotel didn’t receive my reservation confirmation from . After spending an hour at the front desk, they claimed no one had contacted them by phone or email. I don’t recommend booking through Booking.

I declined to pay the $100 deposit because I’m a Choice member and this feels like a scam. I always use Choice hotels, mainly Comfort Inn, and never encountered this issue. They charged the $100 deposit without my permission, which appeared on my visa. I want it refunded! Please respond to this message. Also, as stated above, refund the $100 that was charged to my visa card without consent.

Good value for money. Breakfast was fine, but better options exist at comparable hotels. Coffee was bad and the pool was too cold to use.

The location is near Waffle House and McDonald’s, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is fair. The listing says there’s a fitness center, but there isn’t one. Bathroom ventilation is dusty and wall paint is peeling.
