The room was spacious and the bed comfortably fit three adults, but the hallway carpet gave off an unpleasant smell.

The location in the city center made traveling easy. However, as a 3‑star hotel, the staff training was lacking; the security guards didn’t provide good customer care, the parking arrangement was awful, and the staff even argued with a guest, which was disappointing and I hope the hotel improves this.

The staff here were super friendly and welcoming. They really made an effort to make me feel at home, which was great. The hotel itself was nothing special, but the staff more than made up for it.
