I had the worst hotel experience ever. The online pictures and description were completely misleading. The room condition, cleanliness, and overall maintenance were far below what was advertised. Basic expectations were not met, and the stay felt deceptive because the online presentation created a false impression. The promised facilities were missing or poorly maintained, and the overall service didn’t justify the cost. Future guests should check recent reviews carefully before booking, because the actual experience was very disappointing.
