The receptionist was amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Loved the island and with a bit of a clean up and refurbishment the beach area could be fantastic. No food available but we found an amazing place with a view of the harbour so was no issue. Unfortunately this hotel is overpriced resulting in this being underused. It was like staying in a hotel that had closed down. All the hospitality areas had stacked furnitue in the corner of the rooms. We had a bottle of wine on the patio area by the beach when 21.00 came every light went of including in the empty hotel lights. We used our phone torch to navigate back to our room. I dread to think what would happen in an emergency no staff, lights nothing. This hotel needs to lowered costs open a restaurant (you could only have food if there were four of you!) A bar and it could be so vibrant with the facilities they have. it's like they have given up

The view was stunning, but the breakfast was poor with few options; the only thing worth paying for was the view.

Sea views were great, but the interior was not clean.

The view and the large pool were nice, but the tiles were broken and my daughter cut her foot on them. Everything else seemed abandoned; the staff were unpleasant—rare in Vietnam—and the breakfast was non‑existent. Everything was dirty and dilapidated, towels had brown stains, and everything fell apart… it was a place to avoid; we didn’t even seek luxury, yet we had to change hotels.
