The rooms were well furnished, modern, large, clean and roomy. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast at the ground‑floor bar was perfect! A little too much noise in the morning from bar customers was the only downside.

Just back from a four‑day family stay, everything was perfect!! A historic palace with modern rooms tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning in both rooms and a fridge. The location is strategic, with easy access to the town (there’s a long bike path that reaches Giazza about 12 km) or many trails in nearby villages within 15 minutes. The hospitality of all the staff was fantastic, always ready at the bar below the palace where breakfast is served, especially thanks to Massimo for his kindness and availability. We were truly very happy, and if we return to the area we will definitely choose Palazzo Fritz! Endless thanks!

The room was very nice, clean, well cared for and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, varied and high quality. Overall, I liked the property a lot and the stay was truly pleasant. The room was a bit noisy and the building has no elevator, which is something to keep in mind especially if you have heavy luggage. These points did not spoil the overall very positive impression.
