“Nice stay but overpriced”

The hotel’s location was convenient for travelers, with nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and it was very quiet because it was close to the interstate and fully booked. Breakfast was tasty, and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. The price was high due to several sporting events in the Boise area, making rooms hard to find and costing more than we’d prefer. I didn’t feel this hotel was much different from others we’ve stayed at, just at a different price.

“Clean property, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast made our stay pleasant!”

The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, featuring cheese & veggie omelets, bacon, sausage, a pancake maker, oatmeal, and several muffin, yogurt, bread, and juice options. The first room we got had a bathroom leak that flooded the floors, but it wasn’t a big deal because they moved us to a new room right away.

“Nach langer Fahrt ohne Vorwarnung storniert”

We arrived around 22:30, and although our card—like at all other hotels on our road trip—was on file and other accommodations had already been charged, we were told the booking was cancelled because the hotel was full and the 24‑hour reception couldn’t know if we’d show up. That’s unacceptable for such a large hotel chain, and I would never book there again. The hotel was listed as cancelled even on Booking, which should have been justified.
