The hospitality was amazing, the hot spring was incredible, the interior was stunning, and the overall vibe was fantastic 👍. No complaints.

The property feels brand new and very well curated, and the staff are attentive. However, like many typical Japanese spots, they couldn't meet my request for a vegetarian meal at the ryokan.

The room had a fresh look, but cracks in the walls were patched with masking tape. The sauna was very cramped, the temperature low, and the floor dangerously slick— I actually fell and got hurt. The open‑air bath had exposed piping and seemed haphazard; only the visible parts were cleaned well, the rest looked sloppy. I stayed at another ryokan in the same price range the day before and was impressed by their hospitality, but this place was extremely disappointing.
