Nothing about it!!! Everything!! Right when we walked in the place looked sketchy. The pool looked disgusting, as if the water was filled with jelly. When we entered our room it smelled so humid and foul; the place was dirty, the room was dirty, there was a lot of mold on the shower head and ceiling, the door didn’t even lock fully, the microwave didn’t heat, and there was hair on the sheets. My daughter and I ended up getting really sick after we got back home from the mold; she ended up catching pink eye. Very bad experience overall!!!

The breakfast was fine. The facility was old. The bathrooms were antiquated, worn, and had rust spots on the faucets.

The front desk staff were extremely rude, tried to double‑charge me after I paid through Booking, and then yelled at me when she had to re‑check us in. Overall the room was just not great; the shower seemed very dirty and I would not recommend it.

We were left waiting over an hour for check‑in, and the staff barely acknowledged us, showing terrible customer service and outright racism; the microwave was broken, and overall it was a bad experience. The front desk staff were extremely rude, racist, and had no customer service skills, and the appliances were in poor condition; the housekeeping lady was also unhelpful when we asked about the appliances.
