“Très agréable”
David was charming, the house is magnificent, and the room is also beautiful. The only small drawback is that the road outside is a bit noisy if you sleep with the window open.

The service was very attentive and family‑like. The décor is carefully crafted, original, and the location is good. The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable for me; the pillow was too high and the sheets felt a bit rough.

Thank you very much to David and his wife for their warm welcome! The château is very well renovated, and you can see how much heart they put into it. We will gladly come back again in the future.

The château is beautiful, with lovely décor and a very tranquil atmosphere. The owners were delightful and offered good suggestions for places to visit. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is great for exploring various spots around Provence. Nothing to add.

The old property was charming and well decorated, making the most of the limited space. The bathroom was well laid out, and the breakfast on our first day was very good, though we couldn’t request anything specific. The terrace offered lovely distant views. However, the location is hard to reach, and the terrace faces a busy road. Check‑in was only allowed between 5 pm and 8 pm, and check‑out was strictly at 10 am. We mainly interacted with David, who was helpful but could be overbearing, making us feel uneasy. When we tried to use an ice bucket for wine we had bought on a local tour, he became angry, removed it, and told us not to touch anything—unless we bought his wine. The local village restaurants were closed on the second evening, but a visit to L’Isle de la Sorgue (15 min drive) was great and worth it. The bed was two singles, which is not unusual but does separate occupants overnight. Having stayed in eight properties on our French tour, we had never felt this level of discomfort as paying guests at the high end of the price scale, and the overall experience versus cost is reflected in our score.
