“Lovely stay at Cairn House”
The accommodation was very comfortable, and the hosts were friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options. This stay deserves gold stars—thank you. Everything was fine, but I would note that because of the property’s age and hilltop location, there are many steps and stairs, which could be difficult for someone with limited mobility, though otherwise no problem.
The house is very lovingly furnished, and so are the hosts. I have nothing to add.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the guests were very quiet, which was nice; I can’t stand banging doors. Breakfast was great in a very nicely decorated, bright, and airy dining area, and the hosts were excellent.

It was fantastic: the room was perfect and the bed so comfortable. Listening to the fish pond at night was soothing and helped me sleep. Breakfast was delicious and perfect, and Margaret and Nick made you feel very happy when you came down in the morning with a glowing smile! Thank you for a wonderful stay; it was a delight to have a break away and feel like you’re still at home. Thank you again, Margaret and Nick, for a delightful home and B&B.
