After staying one night, we went out for breakfast and returned around 9:00 a.m., well before checkout. The office was locked, no staff present, the parking lot empty, and our key card didn’t work so we were locked out of our room with our luggage inside. We called, knocked, and got no reply. After more than half an hour, staff came back, saying they thought we had left and disabled our card. It was a bad experience.

I didn't get any breakfast, and the front desk staff were not very welcoming—no smiles, no thanks for choosing our hotel, and even when I returned the key the next day they just took it without a word.

There was no breakfast, and if there had been I wouldn't have eaten it because cockroaches were everywhere on the property and I even found one in my room. The furniture was torn up and the place was infested with cockroaches.
