“Soggiorno da incubo”

The environment was clean. The air‑conditioner was broken, the heat was scorching, and the fan was brought in on the second day with windows open, making it impossible to sleep because of the intense noise. There was no curtain to block light or provide privacy. I asked to change rooms on the third day, at the end of my weekend, and had to pay 12 euros for room cleaning. The living area was a nightmare that could have been fixed with just a bit of availability, which was also missing, along with the curtain, the air‑conditioner, etc.
