The place is right by the bus terminal, the port area, the wet market, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a church. The air conditioning works great, which is a must in the heat, and the layout is simple and straightforward without any showiness, yet the staff were very accommodating.

Nothing about the property pleased me; the online pictures and claims about the facilities are completely misleading, and the actual place is awful. The whole property is unsuitable for staying.
