Reception was not staffed. We arrived and wanted to check in during the allotted window. After several call attempts, a person finally answered and said that this was just how it was and hung up. Later, another person picked up and said he would try to be there in 1 to 1.5 hours. Two hours later (it was already 22:00) I called again and the person said she would be there in 15 minutes. Half an hour later the owner arrived and we could finally check in after several hours of waiting.

The location is good, parking is also good. There is no Wi‑Fi in the room, and the hotel urgently needs a complete renovation.
