A spacious room, friendly staff, a green area for relaxing, and meals twice a day were included in the stay. However, the room felt more like an office or a passageway than a hotel room, with outdated furniture and equipment that clearly need modernisation. Cleaning quality was questionable, with various strands of hair—especially on the bedding—and the sheets had stains. The portions of food served were insufficient for all guests, and the taste was mediocre. Basic bathroom supplies were missing, such as a trash bin and a hair dryer.
