Exceptional. The staff are sensationally welcoming, kind, and attentive; they helped us in an emergency by arranging a taxi that arrived in under 5 minutes and even lent us trekking poles. I wanted a coffee one afternoon and the front‑desk guy gave me a mug without charging me. The shower was warm, the facilities were hot, the breakfast was delicious and thorough. I felt very safe and relaxed and would highly recommend it, and if I ever return to the city I’d stay here again. The service was truly amazing and everything was spotless, making me feel very comfortable.
