“Normal y alimentos no buenos”
The location and cleanliness were great, but the price didn't match the facilities, food, or gym.

The comfort, cleanliness, and the reception and food staff were excellent, but they only provided one water bottle per day even though it was just my wife and me staying.

I didn't like it because I requested and paid for something, yet reception changed my room to one that wasn't what I asked for. They sent me to a single‑bed room for my 12‑year‑old daughter, claiming they'd add a second bed, but there was no space and it would end up in front of the bathroom.
