My Gucci purse wasn’t in my car after the valet parked it; I accidentally left the purse inside because I was carrying too many bags. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work at all.

10/10 Experience!! The hotel is beautiful--we enjoyed everything! Our room was so cozy and comfortable, rooftop pool was amazing, and the breakfast was incredible!! All of the staff were friendly and helpful! Major shoutout to Justin for helping us out when we first arrived!. Microwaves in the room was the only thing we wish we had. Other than that, everything was great!!

Clean, tidy, and visually appealing—pictures did it justice. The lighting inside the room was superb, and I doubt any other hotel could top it, even ones charging over $1000 a night. The valet service was solid, but you’re stuck paying about $50 a day if you bring a car, and that fee isn’t built into the nightly rate. I only stayed two nights, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but it could add up quickly. Great service overall, though I’d skip it if I didn’t have to.

The room was spacious with an amazing shower, but the staff were generally unfriendly. Angel at the front desk was the exception—she was communicative, genuinely cared about us, and helped resolve a reservation issue.
