It was right off the freeway and inexpensive, but there was no breakfast, the sheets in the first room had tiny dark hairs and off‑white or yellow stains, the second room’s sheets were stained but not freshly dirty, and there were dead small bugs on the floor.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were great; I’d love to see some upgrades later, but overall it’s very nice.

I liked that it was tucked behind a small shopping mall, a convenient spot near the highway, and Olive Garden was close by, a big plus for food; the shower was great and the bed was comfy, but the Wi‑Fi was weak, so I used my phone network instead.

The best value room in Roseburg; we’ll return. I did get the room closest to the freeway, so it was noisy, but the room itself was great.

It was cheap, and you get what you pay for; the front‑desk guy was extremely racist, the place was dirty and smelly, the highway was loud, and the pillows were terrible.
