“Easy, stress-free and enjoyable”
Carol was an absolute delight! My wife and I came down for breakfast and she greeted us with a smile and genuine hospitality. She was very helpful with ordering food and kept our coffee and drinks full the entire time. She also walked out to the parking lot when we checked out and, after her shift ended, took a moment to speak to my wife and wish us safe travels back home. What a truly amazing and caring person. It’s wonderful to meet people like her.
“We just stopped through Hickory for one night on our way home and we have stayed at this same Hilton Hotel before”
Cleanliness. I felt the carpet in our room needed to be replaced it looked a bit aged and not as clean as it should for a Hilton Hotel and the carpet in our room before was much nicer. Everything was great but I do feel the carpet in our room this stay room 310 needs to be replaced as it looked aged and not as clean as I’m use to at a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise everything was great
“Ok hotel. Nice staff but beds were unbearable and terribly uncomfortable.”
The location was great and easy to get to, but the beds were super uncomfortable.
“Very enjoyable stay. Convenient location.”
Breakfast was great and the food was well prepared.
“Excellent Hotel”
Everything was amazing and I definitely want to return, but the shower floor was extremely slick while I was showering.
