The location is fantastic! The view from our top‑floor balcony was beautiful, the balcony itself is spacious with comfy chairs, the pool was perfect, the staff were very attentive and eager to help, and both breakfast and afternoon snacks were excellent. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was great—location, parking, rooms, facilities, restaurant, and breakfast—but only one elevator was working while the other was out of service during our stay.

The location is good and the breakfast is varied, but the pillows are uncomfortable.

The staff are wonderful, especially Cristina and Fawaa, and the hotel is excellently located near the supermarket, many shopping spots, and restaurants. The balcony offers a lovely view of the lake, and the garden is beautiful. Breakfast is excellent and very diverse. However, the bed comfort is light, has an odd smell, and looks old, while the rest of the facilities are very good.
