We never even got into the place – it was cancelled before we arrived, and the host only told us when we called on the day of arrival. The spot itself also felt a bit unsafe.

The listing was misleading; I was told the booking was cancelled after I got to the property and the host asked me to call for a refund, which I did and filed a complaint.

La proximité gare St Pancras et centre Londres. Le propriétaire a accepté que nous laissions nos valises le matin de notre départ pour les récupérer l'après-midi. Le logeur avait oublié notre arrivée, la chambre n'était pas propre, et pas les draps changés. On a dû attendre 1h pour quil vienne les changer. Mais le ménage n'était pas fait Et les parties communes (sdb & cuisine) de l'appartement n'étaient pas non plus nettoyées. Un rapide coup de ménage dans la sdb a quand même était fait le lundi matin suite à ma demande
