“Grâce aux personnels, ma note totale à monter !”

Le personnel qui était à notre écoute ! Poli, calme, efficace que ce soit à l’accueil , comme par exemple la femme de ménage ou la gouvernante mais aussi le personnel pour le petit déjeuner qui était très efficace et très sympathique!. Les chambres sont très sombre et assez petite. La moquette au sol ne donne pas envie de rester. Dans la salle de bain, la porte de douche, le joint de celle-ci était cassée, il manquait 1 cm, donc faire attention de ne pas créer de fuite d’eau, ce qui est dommage dans un hôtel comme celui-là!

The room was tiny and there was no place to put luggage, which hurt the comfort compared to the new layout.

“Bien”

The hotel had just been renovated, is well‑located and clean. The windows, however, were not updated and a year after the renovation the accessories and the bathroom already show signs of wear.

綺麗でウォーターサーバーがあり助かった。. チェックイン時に案内された部屋に行くと既に利用者がいたためフロントに再度行き違う部屋にしてもらいました。また、その際ベット2台で予約していたにもがかわらず、そうではないベット1台の部屋を案内されそうになりました。 部屋のポットが壊れていたためポットを持って伝えに行ったが、交換もなかなかしてもらえず、やっと交換してもらえました。 ポットの件はともかくも、部屋の件は、セキュリティ面に問題があると感じましたし、滞在中には自分たちの部屋にも誰か他の人が案内されて入ってくる可能性があるのでは？と思い落ち着かなかったです。ブッキングドットコムには、施設の様子や設備などの表記だけでなく、こういった目に見えないヒューマンエラー含むセキュリティ面についても厳格に評価し、情報提供していただきたいと思いました。
