The room and bathroom were clean, and the manager was kind, caring, and helpful. The hotel sits on the Ganges bank, offering a nice view from our room, and you can walk straight to Ganga Aarti Sthal. Getting there was a bit tough because of traffic and narrow alleys.

If you’re traveling with family, this place is worth booking because it’s right next to Triveni Ghat and some rooms even let you see the Aarti. The environment feels calm and peaceful, but the only downside is that you have to leave the property to eat; having meals served inside would have made it perfect.

I liked the room and its view, but the owner’s rude behavior and the unclean water were disappointing, though the attached washroom rooms were acceptable.

The location and room size seemed stylish, but the place wasn’t clean—stains on the bed linen, dirty toilets and bathroom, and it was expensive; we ended up not staying at all.
