The staff were very friendly, but the breakfast was disappointing because hardly anything was refilled, and it felt a bit dated for the price.

The staff tried hard, yet the hotel looks old and it seems no investment has been made in years; the beds were not comfortable.

Nothing. The room was unkempt. Some walls had peeling or loose wallpaper, and the floor‑to‑bathroom transition exposed the sound‑deadening layer. Baseboards were only makeshift. A wall had a non‑user cable channel with protruding screws. The wall under the desk was black. The room access was not wheelchair friendly; despite some stairs, there was no elevator or alternative entry. I sent two emails asking for a response and received none. Later the accommodation contacted me, offering a stay in a comfort room or a €40 compensation. I chose the €40, but it hasn’t appeared in our account yet. Instead, I received a call saying they would transfer the compensation – but they asked me to delete the review.
