Holiday Suites Puerto Princesa

I was genuinely pleased with my 2‑night stay; the staff were very accommodating and hands‑on. Mr. Jp was especially cheerful and did a great job, even helping me arrange a rider to return the gowns I rented from PPC. The hotel’s proximity to restaurants and the mall added to the convenience.

“The location is good”

The location is a definite plus, though it also feels like a drawback.

“The convenience of this hotel allowed us to spend less time commuting and more time enjoying the beauty of Palawan. Ever”

I had an outstanding 5‑night stay at Holiday Suites in Puerto Princesa from June 2 to June 7, and it really changed our trip. The location is unbeatable—directly in front of Robinson Mall, making meals, supplies, and last‑minute needs super easy. Getting around the city was a breeze because all local transport options are right at the doorstep. The airport is very close, only about 7–8 minutes away, which cut down travel stress. The only downside was that the pool was under repair.

“Bad accommodation for seniors”

The location is fine, but there’s no lift to the first floor, which was a problem for me as a senior; I had to use the stairs. The bathroom was extra small, and we had to share two rooms—one for four people and the other for two. Maintenance was lacking; the A/C in the first room didn’t work, and both rooms’ A/C units were noisy.

Our experience here was wonderful, thanks in large part to the fantastic team. The staff are incredibly welcoming and approachable, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. At the reception, the check-in process was seamless. The staff took the time to clearly explain the hotel’s policies, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable right away. A lovely highlight was the complimentary welcome drink—a thoughtful touch that truly earns them a bonus point!. Areas for Improvement: 1. Climate Control: The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively. Even at the maximum setting, the temperature remained warmer than expected. 2. Hallway Upkeep: Seeing exposed trash bags in the hallways was unappealing. Improving the way waste is managed or concealed would definitely help maintain a more hygienic and premium feel. 3. Dining Variety: It would be beneficial to see more variety at the breakfast buffet. Adding more options for picky eaters and those with specific food allergies would make the morning meal much more inclusive. Overall, the team is fantastic, but addressing these facility and dining details would make for a much more comfortable stay
