Parking sangat banyak. -tiada pngelap kaki -gelas tinggal 1, wlaupun bilik untuk 2 org. -no more kopi2 3 di atas mngkin sbb owner yg berbeza sudah, but istokey. -Staff yg jaga kaunter perlu senyum, buat eye contact. Mngkin dia tidak berniat mau buat muka bgitu, mngkin dia mmng ada RBF, tp buat cust tidak selesa. I know she's nice. tp boleh ubah. Supaya cust lain x rasa yg sama. Kami sangat biasa dtg zara. Asal turun kk, zara. Baru tau yg dua sudah owner. Lain kali pun mmng tnggal sana. X kira zara atau pallete. Harap brubah sdh gesture

I only liked the room because it had a thick carpet. I didn’t like that the hotel might leak customer information to outsiders—for example, if something bad happens to a guest at MCM, the hotel might reveal it. The hotel lacks privacy; on Sunday afternoons people want to rest and sleep, but the staff knock on the door and shout without telling other guests what they’re doing. It’s not friendly at all, and I feel unsafe. I don’t want to come back to this hotel because customers’ personal information could leak to outsiders with problems.

The hotel sits in the city on the side of the road, making it easy to locate, and right below it there are restaurants and several shops like 7e and Orange, plus a nearby bank. However, there is no dedicated parking for guests; you can park but it costs extra, and the bathroom had a foul smell.
The receptionist was helpful.
The location is good, but the room rate is high, you have to pay in cash, the water heater isn’t really working, and there are no coffee or tea facilities—new management needs to step up.
