“Pésimo, el peor hotel que hay en Zacatecas”
I didn’t like it; they cancelled my room even though it was paid for. I didn’t like it; they cancelled my room even though it was paid for.
I arrived and they told me I had no reservation; if I didn’t stay that night they said I had to pay a fee because the reservation didn’t show up. They didn’t refund my money or anything—worst experience.
“No recomendado!!”
Terrible service; they wanted to charge me again even though the reservation was already paid through the app. They asked me to re‑pay and file a complaint with the app, even though my payment was confirmed. The staff and facilities were in very bad condition. The facilities were in a horrible state and the staff’s attention was also terrible.
“Sistema de pago nefasto por Internet, sólo recepción”
I was able to stay thanks to the affordable price; I did it out of necessity, but it’s hard to sleep because of the constant traffic noise from the avenue. I definitely don’t recommend paying online since the hotel has no partnership and you end up paying twice. The other guests make noise and the kids play in the hallway shouting. The beds are hard. I don’t recommend the hotel. Nothing, I only came out of necessity.
