The staff were very courteous and ready to help at any moment, but the room lacked a refrigerator.

The location was perfect in front of the Jog Falls view, the staff were polite, and Nischita was very helpful during check‑in and check‑out; the room was spacious with a big view overlooking the falls. However, the washrooms were not that clean and need a lot of improvement, the window panels were broken, and a lot of construction work is going on—many views are blocked, and it is dusty and noisy because of the construction; the basic canteen food was mediocre.

This property is in front of the falls—your window overlooks the site and the walkway around the falls. The staff are very helpful and provide much assistance to ensure the visit is comfortable. Rooms are spacious, suitable for two people, with ample windows to see the falls. The food is large, local, and very tasty. Bathrooms have good lighting and all facilities are wheelchair accessible. It is clearly under renovation, so some elements are old or need repair; some paths are being built, so for those who need a wheelchair, extra help is required, but the staff are very quick to help, which made it easier.

The location is excellent with the Falls view right out of your balcony; the room is very spacious, and the restaurant is also good with a reasonable choice and price. It is very nice to walk around and the place is calm too.
