The room was solid and worth the price; the pools and sea views were breathtaking, and the infinity pool lived up to its name. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Amar à la carte stood out with its food, vibe, sea view, and attentive staff, making evenings truly enjoyable. The hotel’s landscaping and botanical gardens are beautiful. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a huge, delicious variety. Staff were consistently attentive, giving a genuine sense of luxury, and ordering through the web app was very convenient. However, the mature infrastructure felt less professional in daily operations, leaning more toward an “all-exclusive” luxury concept than an all-inclusive one. The minibar was fully paid, and only one complimentary water bottle per day was provided, which staff explicitly mentioned at check‑in, forcing us to spend €4 on each bottle. Inside the room, towel hooks were missing, and the layout between the bathroom and toilet was ergonomically inconvenient. Lastly, the spa was an extra charge and very pricey; all “longevity” packages felt heavily overpriced.
