Dirty all around, no trash bin, freezing cold, heating was off. I couldn't even get a decent room.

They told us at the last minute that they couldn't host us because the rooms had flooded from the rain. It was a total mess.

No lights in the toilet, no pillows or blankets, and when we called room service they just told us to adjust. It was the worst stay I've ever had.

There was a kid on my bed with his shoes when I walked in, no bath towels, no blinds, and a bunch of other problems. I can't believe this is happening in Switzerland.
