“Me cobraron dos veces y no me lo devuelven!”
We were charged twice for the stay and no one took responsibility. I booked almost two months in advance and already paid for the accommodation; when we arrived at the remote location at night, the staff said we had to pay because no payment was recorded. I paid because we had nowhere else to stay. When I returned to Spain, I explained the situation again to the hotel and to Booking, sent the payment information, and got no response. They keep giving excuses and repeat the same message in a loop—truly a lamentable attitude!
