We drove more than 150 km to get here and showed up before check‑in, only to learn our room had been assigned to someone else. Even though we had called the day before to warn that we might be late, the reservation wasn’t honored. After waiting for a fix, we were offered a different guest’s room, which was still occupied and full of that guest’s stuff – totally inappropriate and unprofessional. They then told us we’d have to vacate the room at 3:00 AM, and later that we must be out by 6:00 AM. Being strangers to the area with no alternative, we were forced to sleep in our car. The whole situation was badly managed and showed no regard for paying guests. We wasted time, fuel, and money and left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I can’t recommend this place.
