“Bad stay!!!”

The hotel’s location was fine, but the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived at 1:35 am and only one person was in front of us; he was busy assisting another guest while the receptionist kept clicking on his computer, pretending to work, never greeting us or asking how he could help. He made us wait 30 minutes in line, and it was almost 2 am when he finally took our information. I would not stay here again; that front‑desk staff member should not be there—he was very rude and clearly clueless.

“Horrible experiencia”

The location was convenient, but the room smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes, was old, dusty, and rusted. It took two hours to receive my room because they did not recognize my booking through Booking, even though I arrived at 2 am and was desperate for sleep. The next day I rented an Airbnb that was much cleaner, more comfortable, and half the price.
