The room is wonderful with a very comfortable bed. Overall, I felt that given the nightly rate, the amenities need constant improvement because they’re good but seem unmaintained. The bar/pool service was slow, and the a la carte breakfast was disappointing, taking too long and not meeting expectations.

The bed, room, and overall infrastructure are very good. However, there’s a maintenance and management issue: items are missing from the menu, services fall short despite the staff’s friendliness. Breakfast is weak and extremely slow.

Gaby and Bob were attentive, and the location was good with exclusivity. My room smelled moldy, triggered an allergic reaction, and showed lack of maintenance. The bar and restaurant service were lacking, the staff seemed poorly trained, my towels weren’t changed, and breakfast was simple and underwhelming for this hotel category. At this price, you can get something much better.

The chalet offered privacy and, most importantly, the owner Bob was very attentive and friendly. The only drawback was the speed of WhatsApp responses.

Everything was flawless: the bed was amazing and the service was impeccable. Gaby and Jana were exceptionally attentive, and Bob, the owner, offered unmatched care and attention. I’ll definitely return again!
