Breakfast was included, the location is good and quiet, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside is the absence of an iron or ironing board.
“The staff were excellent and very helpful when I accidentally booked the wrong dates. They changed them with out any fus”
The staff were helpful and the room layout allowed my disabled partner to move through the space easily. The fridge, however, was very small.
“Ok for a short stay”
Good sized rooms, convenient location. The so-called “breakfast” consisted of just a limited selection of cereals with cold milk and some toast. No fruit, no hot food, no yoghurt
“comfortable, convenient”
The room and its cleanliness were satisfactory. However, there were no extra pillows, no bath mat (creating a slip hazard for the elderly since the tiles remain wet after the shower), and no hand towels.
The room was spacious, the location was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower, though, leaked water onto the bathroom floor.
