The stay was the worst ever: rooms stank, no tissue rolls, and insects/bed mites appeared right when I opened the door, which was both unexpected and frustrating. Bedsheets were bug‑infested, the place was unclean, spider webs hung in the corners, and when I tried to reach the owner at night there was no reply; emergency help was also absent.

All I can say is the place served as a bed for the night. The bathrooms were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the TV was broken, and the free Wi‑Fi didn’t work because I couldn’t find the router.

I was absolutely disgusted when I arrived: rubbish and filth outside the front, a filthy door to our room, and the overall building looked awful. I turned around, booked another hotel on the spot, and left within 10 minutes of turning up. If you’re a woman or two women together, stay far away from this place; I felt unsafe and thought I might be attacked at any moment, so I didn’t bother.

The location was good, the bed comfortable, the TV nice, and the price reasonable. However, during a two‑night stay the bathroom was never cleaned, and while coffee/tea facilities were available there were no cups.

The location was great, for a gig at Wembley stadium. The property smelt like something had died in there in the corridors, the room itself wasn’t to bad. The kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting! Full of clutter and filthy! The key for the inner door wouldn’t work on return so was locked out for over 30 minutes which is quite scary in an unknown place just 2 females, at just before midnight! I rang the host and text no reply. Had to wake the st up hammering on the door to get someone to open it! The host messaged back at 6:30 AM asking if we had managed to get in, just not acceptable!
