The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I love the furniture and color choices in the rooms.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, but I had no hot water for my shower, the towel and washcloth left in the bathroom were dirty, and there were stains on the sheet.

The location was exactly where I needed it, yet we never got to stay because the hotel rejected us for bringing my husband's service dog, even though we had prepaid. They offered to let us stay but would charge a $300 deposit, so I filed a complaint with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts and am now waiting for a full refund; the front desk staff judged our service dog based on a previous incident.

The staff were friendly, but breakfast was awful—only sweet cakes and no orange juice, with no hot or cooked foods available.

The room was clean, the location was great, and the bed was super soft, but there was no closet or drawers, and I was woken by drilling in the next room while I was sleeping during the day.
